Eligibility

  • Product arrived damaged or defective on delivery
  • Wrong item or flavour delivered
  • Seal broken or packaging tampered

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Used or partially consumed products (hygiene & safety)
  • Damage caused by misuse or accident after handover

How to request

  1. Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share a short unboxing video or clear photos of the issue and packaging.
  3. Our team verifies and confirms replacement or refund within 48 hours.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacements are dispatched same-day where stock allows.
